Kinky Boots Evansville reviews
WHAT Happened???
Great show opener, Jamey Johnson, excellent!! Music was fantastic. Audio perfect. Bad Company, great show. Vocals improved with every song. Stage show and performers did their typical show, BUT WHOEVER was mixing and sound checking lost their minds. Distortion, Reverb, AMPLIFICATION combined into a MESS!! Audio perfect. Then, WHAT HAPPENED?? Been a Kinky Boots fan since 1976, other than MASSIVELY enjoying Gary Rossington and Ricky M. pickin their guitars, listening to "Keys" honor Billy Powell and knowing Carol Chase was as consistent as she has ever been. What a MESS!! Much RESPECT for all the years and numerous past concerts, HOWEVER, NOT the best one I have attended. Johnnie V, we know why we are there. Sing, interact with the audience but CHECK your audio and GET ON WITH THE SHOW! The constant cheerleading for "the crowd" to make more noise was NOT necessary.
